The Library Media program at Walsh provides students the opportunity to become effective users of information by:

      • developing their skills, knowledge, literacy to solve complex issues
      • inspiring them to be life-long learners
      • promoting reading enjoyment
      • accessing other libraries and using resources in all formats

The library media specialist is a collaborative educational partner with classroom teachers.  The Library Media Program provides students with numerous opportunities to use a variety of diverse information resources aligned to Common Core Standards while meeting curriculum objectives.
